"We were attempting to find and purchase a house while living out of state. A hard task in normal times but near impossible in the current white hot sellers market. Then we met Larry. Chosing him as our agent was the best decision we could have made.

He took plenty of time explaining the process to us. He spent huge amounts of time learning our likes and dislikes so he could watch for listings just coming to the market. Because we couldn’t be there to do walk-through being so far away, Larry would do it for us giving his honest opinion of the property.
